1. Argh! I've lost my password! Can you tell me what it is?
   Email jhuxley homemademech.com (where the space is replaced with a regular @ symbol) using the email account you used to sign up with and we'll mail you back with your password as soon as we can.


2. Why haven't you posted my review/article?
   We have to edit each review/article before they're posted, and this is not an immediate process. However, not all reviews and articles will be accepted if they don't meet with certain criteria. Please make sure your work is over 400 words (preferably much more) with minimal spelling and grammatical errors. Reviews and articles that belittle other authors work will be ignored...save your criticism for the forum! If you're still wondering what happened to your work, please fell free to email us and we'll update you on its status.


3. I'm not happy with my review/article, can I edit/remove it?
   You cannot edit or remove it yourself. However, if you email us with the details we'll sort it out for you.


4. What happened to the rating system?
   We ditched it! Far too many people assumed that anything under a seven was a bad rating, which clearly isn't the case. So, out with the numbers! After all, the words should speak for themselves, right? That said, you can still provide the rating system of your choice if you include it in the body of your review.


5. Can I add images to my review/article?
   Not directly, but you can simply email us the image files and we'll sort them out for you.


6. Why haven't you updated this section in years?
   Hmm...does anyone actually read it?
